Adjusting Billing

Changing your plan

  1. On the top right menu next to  your name, choose Settings, then choose Billing from the menu on the left.
  2. To the right of your current plan’s name, click the Change Plan button.
  3. Click the Choose button next to the plan you would like to change to. If you don’t see the plan you’re looking for or have questions about account levels, email us at support@keylimetoolbox.com to discuss a custom plan.

Changing your payment method

  1. On the top right menu next to your name, choose Settings, then choose Billing from the menu on the left.
  2. To the right of your current payment method, click the Change Payment Method button.
  3. From here, you can update your credit card information or choose to have  monthly invoices emailed (that you can then pay by check or wire transfer) by choosing either the Bill my credit card each month or Send me an invoice each month tab.

Receiving payment receipts

If you have automatic credit card payments set up, you’ll receive monthly email receipts from Stripe, the credit card processor used by Keylime Toolbox. If you would like receipts for payments by check, email us at accounting@keylimetoolbox.com.

Canceling your subscription

  1. On the top right menu next to your name, choose Settings, then choose Billing from the menu on the left.
  2. To the right of your current plan’s name, click the Change Plan button.
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription button.
